MaxRentals offers rental of a range of industrial machines and vehicles. MaxRentals has identified a niche market “factory equipment” that would be one of its areas of concentration. Factory equipment would include offerings from canning equipment to paint manufacturing equipment. It could also include smaller equipment requirements for franchise operations. Fridges and vending machines also form part of the offering. The company will concentrate its efforts on lower risk clients and lower risk equipment. Vehicle rental will concentrate on specialised vehicles which may be customised for specific tasks and/or with specific equipment attached. It may include vehicles fitted with medical equipment, generators, mobile radiology equipment, entertainment equipment and mobile studios. MaxRentals will use gearing to enhance its rental book.       

Investment attractiveness: Rental income is a more conservative investment and returns are similar to interest income. The gearing allows for a possible higher return yield. The investment is broadly asset backed and risk is therefore reduced.
